  • Direct the activities of the primary organization within the U.S. Government for managing, coordinating and integrating Intelligence Community (IC) planning, collection exploitation, analysis, interdiction and other activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), their delivery systems and related materials and technologies, and intelligence support to efforts to prevent or impede such proliferation;
  • Provide the President, the DNI and other seniors in the Policy, War Fighter and Congressional communities with relevant briefings and analysis;
  • Work with foreign counterparts on nonproliferation and counterproliferation issues.

  • Established the Office of the North Korean Mission Manager, responsible for directing and managing IC activities related to North Korea;
