  • Coordination of the Joint US-Russian Study on Cooperation in Ballistic Missile Defense;
  • Preparation of  the Russian Arms Control Digest (RACD);
  • Research, analysis and consulting on modernization of the Russian  deterrence potential; US-Russian negotiations on arms control, and BM and WMD  proliferation.
