:: Dr. Colin Gray ::

    Dr. Gray is one of the world’s most renowned scholars in the field of defense and strategic studies. The author of more than twenty-five books and hundreds of published articles, he serves as Professor of International Polities and Strategic Studies and Director of the Center for Strategic Studies at Reading University (UK).  He has served as Professor in the Department of Politics, University of Hull (UK), and as the co-founder and President of the National Institute for Public Policy. He was educated at the King's School, Rochester and at the University of Manchester (B.A. Econ. [Honours]), 1965, and at Lincoln College, Oxford University (D. Phil., International Politics, 1970).
