:: Dr. Christopher Harmon ::

    Dr. Harmon completed his undergraduate work at Seattle University, and received his Ph.D at Claremont Graduate School, where he completed his political science dissertation on terrorism in Europe under the guidance of Dr. Harold W. Rood.  His public service includes several years as a Congressional aide on foreign policy in the U.S. House of Representatives, and as an Associate Professor of Strategy at the Naval War College.  He is a frequent guest lecturer at the George C. Marshall Center in Germany, the National Defense University, and Villanova University.  He has been a guest speaker at the New York Military Affairs Symposium, and the national meeting of the American Political Science Association in Washington, DC.  An expert on counter-terrorism, international relations, and insurgency, Dr. Harmon’s work has been published since 1982.  He is the author of Terrorism Today, which the London Times Literary Supplement reviewed as “a masterly survey of the big picture of world violence.”
