Biography
As a Senior Research Fellow at National Defense University, Dr. John Mattox directs the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Graduate Fellowship Program. With vast experience as a US Army Colonel, Dr. Mattox was the inaugural General Hugh Shelter Chair in Ethics and the US Army Command and General Staff College. As well, he is a former dean of the Defense Threat Reduction University and Commandant of the Defense Nuclear Weapons School.
