Amanda R. Moodie

Currently a Policy Fellow and Director of the Program for Emerging Leaders at the National Defense University’s Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Amanda Moodie also teaches as an adjunct professor for DSS. She focuses on the international legal regimes that regulate the proliferation of chemical and biological weapons. This enables her to regularly serve as a member of the US delegation to meetings for the Biological Weapons Convention.
