Biography

With nearly 25 years of academic and defense experiences, Dr. Kiras teaches online at DSS and in person for US Air Force School of Advanced Air & Space Studies. His recognized expertise includes irregular warfare, including special operations and suicide bombing; these topics both published in peer reviewed journals and full-length books. His class at DSS is the Seminar on International Terrorism, designed by him personally.
