Biography
Currently a Senior Foreign Policy Advisor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency in the Office of Strategic Research and Dialogues, Strategy and Plans Directorates, Dr. Kerry Kartchner is also a Senior Advisor for Missile Defense Policy in the Bureau of Arms Control. He uses this foundation and previous experience in the U.S. government to teach courses on arms control and strategic culture.
